Standard shipping is processed through Canada Post and can change dependent on location and item weight. If items are being sent for personalization or as a fabric source for quilt design, the buyer is responsible for getting the items to the seller. If you are local, please reach out for a drop off location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the time and nature of custom-made items, no refunds will be accepted for personalized items. If you believe you received a damaged item, please reach out immediately to process a return. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with shipping and receiving goods.
